Application Process

The initial application below is free of charge.
Once received, we will review your information. If satisfactory, we will schedule a showing of the available home. If you find the home to be acceptable to your needs and choose to proceed, we will then run the screening process which includes a background and credit check. This step in the process costs $47.00 per applicant (you will pay this directly to the screen processing company TransUnion© SmartMove.) In addition, we will also require an employment verification form to be completed by your employer and a rental history form to be completed by a prior rental owner. After the full application process is complete, you will be considered for approval for residency.

Before a tenant can bring a cat or dog onto the property, he or she must pay a deposit equal to the monthly cost of the pet, complete a pet application with a photo and current veterinary records and begin paying a monthly fee of $15 for a cat and $40 for a dog. This fee is effective immediately. No tenant may be allowed to keep more than (2) cats or (2) dogs or one of each. No more than 2 pets.

At that time, I authorize Aztec Housing, LLC to obtain my credit report, criminal history, landlord verification and employment verification for evaluation of this application.
